HANNIBAL RUNNER FORMS AND INFORMATION

In order to participate in the 2012, you must have a signed 2012 Registration, Medical form, deposit, and copy of your driver’s license turned into the Run prior to the event.  If you have any questions or need help filling out any of the info, please do not hesitate to contact one of the Runner Recruiters located on the Contact Page, our Runner Support, or Run Coordinator.

All documents below are downloadable in Adobe or Word form.  The Registration and Medical Form need to be turned in ASAP to the Run Coordinator to secure your spot on the 2012 Run.  Other useful links below include:

Money Procedures – Information regarding collecting, soliciting, depositing your fundraising monies correctly.
