Mandatory Safety Meeting
dean | Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 | No Comments »At this meeting you will be receiving your runner bags with the St. Jude t-shirts, safety vests, stickers, motor home assignments, and a chance to review the run route and put your name where you would like to run.
You will also be learning about how much safety is emphasized on our run. It is our goal not only to raise as much money and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, but to also make sure everyone has a fun time and a SAFE journey along the way.
Lastly, attached is our 2010 runner pledge form that Bridget would like you to have filled out and ready to turn in at the Safety meeting. You will need to fill in your donation amount that you have received offline, online, and the total amount.
Remember, you have until October 1st to raise your $500, so please keep that in mind as you fill out your pledge sheet.
